After much digging, to which support was no help, I contacted my bank to make sure there wasn't an issue on my end, because wouldn't that be embarrassing? I was substantially outraged as I was told by discord and others that it was free. It turns out, they have processed the payment on my side (meaning I've paid) but discord has not on theirs (meaning they haven't collected), leaving it in pending status even though I've been charged.
So to be clear, I've paid, and I don't have my product.
This means that I've now lost 4 hours of WF playtime to this, going back and forth with support, to still not have the items that I bought the pack for.
